if i plan on filing bk..and have a lien against me from a creditor recorded with local court.because i own a house ...do i file a motion to vacate the lien AT THE same time i file bk?...i have heard horror stories of liens not being included in the bk process...and cases having to be reopened....
is there a difference in proceedure if it is just a judgement...with no real estate involved?? |
